Crash Landing Outdoors was a vision shared by two kids growing up in Oklahoma long before it became a reality. Since the inception of Archie Bradley and Mak Monckton’s idea, the goal has always been simple: find some of the best waterfowl, deer, and dove hunting experiences in northern Oklahoma and share them with family and friends. The process, however, was anything but simple. Years of effort from dozens of individuals have taken CLO to where we are today.

Any operation is only as strong as the team behind it and occasionally there are opportunities to join our’s. All current open positions are posted below.

Guide Staff

Job Title: Hunting Guide

Salary: Based on experience

Job Type: Seasonal (October-January)

Experience: 3+ years

Certifications/Licenses: CPR,First Aid, AED

Housing: Provided

Job Description: Our guide team is looking for candidates who can guide deer, dove, and waterfowl hunts, entertain guests, and provide ranch management help.

Candidates must have a passion for hunting and customer service.

Qualified individuals must have at least three seasons professionally guiding hunts, enjoy teaching the sport, and prioritize safety.

CPR, first aid, and AED certification is required.
